Dislikes

-The boss and the manager are very rude and mean. -The company has no proper structure -One employee/intern is asked to do work of 3 people. -6 days a week work -Bad manager. Talks in a very insulting tone. - Lack of empathy for employees - One mistake and the boss will insult you in-front of everyone - No employee benefits whatsoever. Would not recommend working here.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Working at this company was a terrible experience. There's no professionalism, no work ethics, and tremendous work pressure. They exploit interns with low pay and high expectations, expecting them to know everything. Personal growth is nonexistent, and management is poor and rude. It's a money-minded environment with harsh review sessions and zero recognition. HR is ineffective, and bosses are cruel and insensitive, constantly demeaning their employees. Special mention to Sayanee Kundu, *The OG VAMP*, whose behavior exemplifies why this workplace is so toxic and undesirable....Read More
