Bad managers They are not engineering managers but delivery managers micromanagement and I know a lady manager who doesn’t know the c of computer science but she is an engineering manager here

Company has very good perks, Lunch, breakfast, dinner, cab, fitness reimbursement, mobile reimbursement, internet reimbursement

Dislikes

Company doesn’t have good hike and promotions, company have very large number of salary difference in a single designation

Salary is on the upper side of market.

Work culture is not good. A lot of politics in the company. Work culture is like that you have to indulge in showing off instead of properly working on the tasks. Product often has no idea about the initiative they are working on. Team members are trying to demean other team members. Not a helping environment. Manager himself is trying to safeguard his own job. No clarity in teams as to how they want to operate. One day they want you to take complete ownership and be independent, next day they want you to consult everything with everyone in the team. Until you are in good books of the seniors, it becomes extremely hard to work efficiently over there.

Pay and benefits are good Free food and cab facility They have very good leave policy

Don’t expect work life balance here You end up working late night most of the time If you are part of a team where most of the folks are from US then you will suffer a lot

Benefits like RSU, Bonus, and many others . Technology wise average.

Dislikes

Work culture and work pressure. Managers role and fake appraisal feedback with force to accept whatever said. HR is just a robo here , listening to higher managers as they are in more power position than a engineer.
