Work culture is not good. A lot of politics in the company. Work culture is like that you have to indulge in showing off instead of properly working on the tasks. Product often has no idea about the initiative they are working on. Team members are trying to demean other team members. Not a helping environment. Manager himself is trying to safeguard his own job. No clarity in teams as to how they want to operate. One day they want you to take complete ownership and be independent, next day they want you to consult everything with everyone in the team. Perks are good but given the fact they are removing the perks one by one evry year. Leave policy is good

They are transitioning from product to service based company. The culture was good 3 years ago but now it has become worse. Low salary for new joiners low perks and even lesser increments. Managers have become bootlickers of directors.
