...work life balance, Terrible higher management support Horrible dirty politics Worst compensation and appraisal They make you extend and sacrifice your offs for work Cheap and low category Managers No recognition for hard work Pathetic tolerance and Empathy towards human personal issues, Won’t allow Sick leaves They hire for season in sale times then until next year July they torture you so much that you should forcefully resign. No Professional Language used for meetings communication. I have worked for 4 years in and out and still for 0 rewards for my hard work. Please make sure you are mentally ready for all this drama

Dislikes

Company is good. Work culture is good in other regions. But in North region work culture is very very bad. Earlier it was good but recently its become very toxic. There is no job security. Too much unnecessary pressure & stress. Micromanagement. Area Managers who don’t have any experience they will teach an experienced Manager how to work. They don’t have any manners how to talk with colleagues. In North region they don’t even follow company policies. They follow their own policies in the region. No growth no promotions for existing employees. They will hire outsiders but never give chance to existing employees. Again I will tell that join the company but not in The North Region.

People here are worst in top management. Some of collegues are good. Micro management peeks here l. You will have to report everybody. RM ASM GM Retail head everybody says different things. Ratings are given by existing employee so dont trust them You may be asked to leave even before completing 1 year.

Nothing is to like except the salary credited on time.....

Dislikes

Worst work culture , nothing to learn and implement..just need to follow your reporting manager who have 0 experience at all about the retail. If you try to suggest something or implement new thing with experience , they will make you feel humiliated and guilty. Area sales manager behave like child they don't have manners to talk with employees , they don't know when to talk where to talk and how to talk. Before joining think twice . You'll get dipressed and loose your mental health.
