Salary on time, else Nothing to like in this company, no job security now, no parties, HR dept is pathetic.

Countless negative points. No career growth, least salary standards, worst HR department, they just need cheap labours, no good project, no goals, please I request you, if you have a talent, don't ever think of joining this organization

It's my previous company so I respect them.

Dislikes

They do not follow their policies properly and the pay scale is extremely low, how can someone survive with this cheap pay scale and they thought that employee should work on 10 hours per day including Saturday and many times in Sunday, They told that they will increment salary after 6 months but they will give you after 9 to 10 months or sometimes more than this, project managers are very bad, office politics are very normal, very bad and unprofessional environment, they will switch your technologies every time, they thought that you are a god and you will learn any technology within 1 month and work like 2-year work experience.

Project were fine but the requirement is high which cannot be achieved in time.

... and appraisals are given only to those who work till midnight. No job security. Not a good company for freshers, waste of time and no salary with a bond period of 2+ years. Think twice before anyone joins this company specially freshers.

Work environment, Only Team Lead is one how is doing good there as a part of management.

NO career growth, No learning Curve, No one from management took your issue seriously, Extremely low pay, Not stick with their own policy and it can vary accordingly as per their needs, Terms, and condition in your offer letter and promises are not trustable, At the interview, they going to say something and after 6 months they change their policy and took you a granted, Lack of management, Bunch of college friend open this company and not being serious about their employee's career and life.

What I like about the authority and flexibility for doing any experiment and innovation in the field. Also, I like the support from the team and the management to grow my skills.

Dislikes

There must be dislike in the organization for those who are not ready to accept the challenges in their domain but I am sure about my strength and the positivity that makes me more strong to work on any new challenges. As an expert says hard work always pays off so I am always ready for that.
