Interview process is very unprofessional. First I applied through their career site, after few hours I got a call from the company asking me whether I do I find the company and asking about my experiences after answering they said they will inform me about the interview date in coming week. I waited 1 week then i again call them tothe same number from which they contact me they said to send resume on same number I do the same, again waited whole one week, after passing of another week I ask on whatsapp that what is he condition of my application but they don't answer me. I joined W3 as a Trainee, Training Manager Asheesh Pandey is very good with his work. I did learned alot there. Work Environment isn't so bad.

This organisation works with outdated technologies like ROR, They force you to learn those outdated technologies without caring about your career growth and interests. They hire trainees as very cheap labour and then have a bond agreement with them to ensure that employee will continue to serve the organisation at a very very cheap wage for yearsss... + Last point : Top level management is very poor, Specially their Lead HR Geetanjali....Read More

I refused to sign the bond agreement, and their lead HR Geetanjali misbehaved with me, They rejected my resignation and terminated me. Lol.. + They are very bad with providing equipments. They give very very old and cheap laptops to they developers.
