Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours.

...mployee says and whoever is with the senior, those who know him sit comfortably and do not do any work, their salary is Rs 25,000 Rs h

... ones who are most inactive, so their appraisal has also not been done properly. The salary of those employees who don't earn anything is also good People who are working for 4 years, their salary is 15 or 16 thousand rupees and people who are working for 2 years, their salary is 20,000 rupees in hand

Dislikes

...very bad situation, No hygiene. - No health Insurance benifits from the company. Health insurance will deduct from the salary. - No deewali/Annual bonus. Not even Single son-papdi box on the occasion of Diwali. - you need to fight for leave - current month salary will credit on 5th day of next month .(Not month end).
