Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

You will be the sole person handling your responsibilities so you there is enough room for self improvement.

Dislikes

Compensation is mere decent while one will always be overburdened with work. No recognition / appreciation policy is there so in the end all the efforts will go in vain. Also, there is no process or zero management so no room to share your grievance or get something satisfactory.

No work life balance. Salary is low and Appraisal isn't good enough. There is a bond of 3 years which is quite long and it feels like you're caged here.

...very bad situation, No hygiene. - No health Insurance benifits from the company. Health insurance will deduct from the salary. - No deewali/Annual bonus. Not even Single son-papdi box on the occasion of Diwali. - you need to fight for leave - current month salary will credit on 5th day of next month .(Not month end).
