* The company is overall a good company though who works usually for banks.

* Salary is too low * Managers are not too supportive * Upper management often projects a supportive image, but their decisions prioritized the company's benefits over three well-being of employees

Likes

The company has changed a lot, Previously there were many good things. Now it has become hell after investors have come. 1. We can work from home most of days and come to office only once-twice a week. 2. Everyone is approachable, but most are busy.

Dislikes

1. Salary is not good, they give very less salary and have not given hikes from begining (2 years). 2. They want everyone to work on weekends too and there is no work life balance. 3. The office is not good, no facilities here, no game and all boring. 4. No good code reviews, PR will be raised and merge. There is no reviews in my team, If it works then merge. 5. Environment has become little bit toxic after more members have joined. 6. They have managers who don't understand the work and wants the things to be done in half of time. and then they'll ask to rewrite or remove feature. 7. Now the colleagues are not very friendly, In my past company there were many friendly faces (It might vary for you). 8. Most of seniors are busy and never help juniors. 9. Company is not getting new customers. And growth of company is low. I hope vunet finds it and work to improve it, Vunet was better before investor came.

Increment in salary is very less for work you put There is no work life balance They say its for learning but its always but in the end its a business mindset for the company Too much toxicity to work If you give your entire day to the company then you are appreciated else they don’t treat you well

Likes

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. There is little workplace hierarchy and employees can easily communicate even with CTO and CEO. They are very open to suggestions and always encourage constructive thoughts, engagement and collaboration. One would love working here. People here are from various backgrounds and streams. Everyone brings in new experience and knowledge. The managers consider the employee's efficiency when assigning tasks and no-one is pushed way beyond limits just to chase deadlines.

Dislikes

The only con would be that the compensation is well below market standards even considering the employee's efforts and education. This leaves employees feel underpaid w.r.t. the effort they are putting in in their work.

Likes

Overall its was a good experience with Vunet, mainly their all projects are good. Work environment is friendly and there is no puching system. Flexible working hours but yes work pressure is there but that is sometimes only
