...eable employees, and no one can question this. They are money-minded management. They tell you during hiring that they will offer a salary package, but most of it is in the form of a bonus. If you accept it, after a few months, they try to portray your performance as poor and cut the bonus. They always do their best to avoid providing salary hikes and to reduce bonuses. HR's are under control of manager and team leads. Manager will completely shatter your confidence by telling you need to improve more.... Like Like Like Like Like Like Like....

VueData- a Wonderful place to learn and develop your career. I joined here as a fresher and now it's been a year at VueData. Because of the team mates here, I learned/learning a lot. Higher officials are very friendly.Most important thing is they listen to your ideas, if our idea is good they will accept it which we cannot experience everywhere.

One and Only thing is Salary 😣, but not very low paid. Comparably the pay is good but still ....

If you are someone who can be "sombu thooki" (praising Leads/Managers for benefits) and not concerned about professional growth this your dream company.

...e. This leads to inefficiencies , rework and frustration in technical teams. 4. Confidentiality Concerns: The handling of sensitive matters, such as salary negotiations, is far from professional. This undermine trust and discourage open communication. 5. False promises while hiring: They will make false promises to make you accept offer like Work From Home, Hybrid, Bonuses, Often Hikes, Projects. Please don't fall for this trap.

My interview process was smooth and received feedback on the next day after each round. The doors are always open here for learning and implementation in the project. With the availability of flexible work timings and hybrid work mode options, it gives employees better work life balance

Not dislike but in terms of improvement side, would suggest having KT on the functionality for the new joiners to adopt the project quickly with sufficient functional background
