Growth? What's That? The positive reviews you are seeing about the company all are compelled by HR's and the reviews are not natural. 1. Bias and Favoritism in Evaluation: Performance recognition fully depends on subjective option of the team leads. Without clear metric or unbiased evaluation mechanism, it's difficult to gauge your standing and improve meaningfully. 2. Lack of Feedback and Growth Opportunities: There is no proper feedback system in place. Constructive feedback is mostly absent. Team leads do not consistently review work or provide guidance, which can hinder professional growth. 3. Interference in Technical Decisions: Managers has no sense, often take technical decision, despite lacking the required expertise. This leads to inefficiencies , rework and frustration in technical teams. 4. Confidentiality Concerns: The handling of sensitive matters, such as salary negotiations, is far from professional. Managers will spoil your health by giving you a lot of work, but they don't assign tasks to their favorite people. Some colleagues will speak highly of team leads and managers to avoid extra work, but only they will receive "best employee" awards, while the hardworking employees will work late into the night (outside office hours). All managers lack knowledge, but still, they comment daily that you don’t have knowledge. They ask you to work even on holidays and late nights, including government holidays, and still tell you that you need to work harder. However, they won’t provide comp-off days or extra pay for overtime. Full of favoritism, some colleagues won't work but manage to handle the hardworking, knowledgeable employees, and no one can question this. They are money-minded management. They tell you during hiring that they will offer a salary package, but most of it is in the form of a bonus. If you accept it, after a few months, they try to portray your performance as poor and cut the bonus. They always do their best to avoid providing salary hikes and to reduce bonuses.
