It's been 6 months since I joined VT Netzwelt, totally surprised by the company culture and the environment, colleagues are helpful, weekly based employee engagement activities like one day Excursions, Movies, Dinner, Celebrations etc. The opportunities for growth and development within the company. The company who provides onsite opportunities and values their employees.

It is trust and relationship we started to build with them. They added additional seniority on the team. If i work with a partner, i need to be able to rely on them. in terms of issues, we had clear communication and knew what to do. They also proactively came up with options. they are also thinking about the project, sometimes challenging us rather than just delivering something, It was a really good partnership. we faced difficulties but we shared solutions together.....

It been months, since i joined vt netzwelt, i was suprised by the culture and also the way we address each other with respect, the most suprised thing about Vt netzwelt was that they value well their staff..............

Working with such unprofessional individuals specially the head HR Shanu Pathak, who thinks she has the right to judge or say anyone anything and escape from the situation. The higher level management is too moody, and there is a group system that is there in the culture

Likes

Very good and bright company to grow your career. Seniors are very much supportive and helpful at every time. HR support is also too good. The employee policies are very flexible and interesting.
