Company has support for work from home, and company policies are good, good work environment, they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't, address our issues. Salary is good but career growth is slow.

Management not listen and work on the product problem and service issues. Lots of manipulation in accounts or services.

When employee wants to leave the company not completing notice period they are recover on grosse salary. Without any discussion transfer any way.

Like is there is no barrier for contineous learning from different departments Dislike is work life balance and planing propegenda is not upto the mark. Current time lot of politics is happening.
