... no reply comes, There should be some project which should be Non voice as well like content writing, or data entries, etc The salary should be credited by 7th of every month , the salaries comes very late, Also people when they resign, the team leaders dont give their full salary and when the employees calls the TL's they dont respond to their calls as well.

it is a wfm job which im doing, and no travle time, on time salary, these are few good point of voiz

no job security, no Esi, no pf , no paid leave, no appointment letter, no medical insurance, no govt holiday, no festive holiday, you have to get your own wifi connection on your expense, and most important no growth .

...ing skills and are very demotivating. specially Smartercoin process Team leader. i would like to disclose the name of the TL as well if i will face issue in my salary as i read many comments that they create issue in salary after leaving.

One think the dislike is the salary cycle of voiz...they give salary of a month after 15 days of the completion of that particular month. No personal growth. No paid holidays

I worked in Voiz for more than 2 yrs bcos being at home is always beneficial..

Actually so many things, work pressure is too much and According to that company is not justifying the salary of emp. Mgmt committed to give me hike if I perform as I asked for the same but after being performed also they ended up my 2 yrs tenure that they don't have any position for me.
