I worked in Voiz for more than 2 yrs bcos being at home is always beneficial..

Actually so many things, work pressure is too much and According to that company is not justifying the salary of emp. Mgmt committed to give me hike if I perform as I asked for the same but after being performed also they ended up my 2 yrs tenure that they don't have any position for me.

...ing skills and are very demotivating. specially Smartercoin process Team leader. i would like to disclose the name of the TL as well if i will face issue in my salary as i read many comments that they create issue in salary after leaving.

If you miss watching daily sop and want to experience daily sop(Indian darma) join this company as you will enjoy it a lot The company also did his naamkaran from smarterbiz technologies to "Fluid5 technologies".

... for 8hours but they will take your whole time and you will end up working 20hr.s and when you will receive the salary it will be less than the advisors salary, the do the cost cut from middle supervisor's salary in the name of kpis as there is a slab for salary increment which actually leads to decrement 😂. They also threat that they provide best price for wfh, but dear friends don't get trapped as you will get much better offers in wfo may be in your new company they might offer you wfh. Like byjus offers wfh for working mothers, Amazon also provide wfh,there is also companies which provides wfh for fk process. It's better to get off this sinking boat ASAP.

Salary never on time They tell you 17k salary & give 8000/- Don't leave u alone on week offs You can't satisfy them even if u work 12 hrs according to then it won't be 8 hrs Trainers got no knowledge of process. They got many names like CXpod, Smarterbiz They change names when they get too many bad reviews.

Very pathetic company. I was hired after 5 rounds of interview. Even after getting hired we don't know who is the HR. We are told we will get offer letter in 2 days. Once they assigned us into a process, they closed it in 2 days without any communication. The so called manager SURIYA.G doesn't have common courtesy of answering a call to explain about the same. There is also no HR, only TL's who don't answer calls as well. I would recommend you don't join a company handled by people like Suriya.G, Lokesha, Shraddha.
