Team mates are good and supportive, traning period and trainers are also good,as long as you work in vodafone you feel secure about your job if you follow the rules and regulation moderately,

If you work in vodafone you have to wait and be patience on your career growth,salary is also not that good if you are working through a third party payroll,not much to learn about nd work environment is not that friendly,as you are pressurised by your seniors for fake sales not as you tought in training

Distributor Next month Activity stoped but Company pressure is very Bad ..... employee salary 30 to 40% every month Must be given By Hand....MNP(PORT) pressure very Bad , Totally Very Very Very Experience Now 2years to Till Now.... 2017 to 2022 Good management team, but Now Very Bad....this is genuine Feedback next is your if you believe it you believe it then do it....

Previously company culture was the reason to work now only salary drives us to work

Almost everything is going wrong here, right from self developlment, manager appraisal, company culture and ethics gone at toss. Is business terms network service ia just pathetic in comparison to competitors but managers demand better sales with this kind of service.
