vi's culture is the worst read carefully 1.First of all you have to sell postpaid connection, that too with pressure, forcefully give postpaid connection to the customer. Somehow give postpaid connection to the customer and then force it to run for 4 months. If the customer not pay the bill, then you have to pay the bill yourself from your pocket.otherwise SR ME NUMBER BOOK NA HOJAYE ISLIYE OR YE KAAM JABRDSTI MANAGERS KARWATE HAI APNA TARGET KARNE K LIYE Vodafone Idea comes with a MiFi device, if the customer has not bought it, then you have a target of selling the 2 device in a month. ...ab to bandh hi ho gaya to wo bolte hai ki pc repair nhi hoga tu postpaid karr. Humari salary mushkil se 10000 tak jaati hai or jo upar wale log hai wo achha khasa package leke bethe hote hai. Ye log aapko pressure karte hai like jo karna ho jaise karna ho yaha karo bahar karo upar se niche kudo lekin postpaid karo aur postpaid karne ke baad customer ko jab alag alag charge lagta hai tab sab humare upar aa jata gai company kuchh nhi karti. Manager or uske upar ka staff jo bhi galat bole hume unki haan me haan milani padti hai. Jab postpaid nhi huve ho to hume ghar nhi jaane dete the. Mene 1/1.5 saal job ki vi me mujhe har din yhi chinta rehti thi ki aaj mera postpaid kaise hoga kaise karunga. Aur hum apane senior's ya manager ki complaint bhi nhi kar sakte varna ye log incentive or salary stuck karwa dete hai. Finely mujhe ek achhi job offer hui hai par me ek bhi bande ko suggest nhi karunga ki wo vi ke saath job kare me to ye bhi bolta hun ki inka network bhi nhi use karna chahiye.

Dislike yeh hai ki agar aap koi postpaid connection sale karte ho aur agar wo customer khud se uska bill pay naa kare to aap ki pocket se wo bill pay karaaya jata hai. Is liye maine yeh job left ki thi. Aur waise to store timing 9:30A.Mto 7:00P.M hai par aap ka target poora naa hone par aap ko 8:00p.m. tak store main rukna hota hai.
