Less chance of getting promoted. New joiners will always have higher package than you. This creates disparity among the employees. Company should look after internal talent to resolve this disparity

Its an amazing place to work with work life balance,work culture, no pressure from managers, supportive staff, office facilities etc..

When it comes to promotion you need skill plus recommendations. recommendation will work faster than skills when it comes to promotion, for salary there is a capping as per position which may vary person to person.

I got salary on the starting of the lock down while being in home as per the government guideline so might me it is a good thing...

The job is not good they don't work till the escalation came and if you try to do the right thing they interfear it and try to make you seems bad and you will became a soft target, also in vi retail women is facing physical and mental harrasment on daily basis.that is one of the reason i quit the job.

Firstly this company name is HUCH since 2005 company name change in new name is IDEA CELLULAR LIMITED I am working this industry in Oct 2012 and this company new name is Vodafone idea limited in Aug 2018

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.my work is high risky I have work 18-22 hours but I am always happy I have attend client calls in Morning and sometime late into the night

Less work, so less pressure, work-life balance. Salary offered is decent at all levels.

Dislikes

People seem to be working on Teams and Outlook only. Difficult to install new software requires a chain of approvals, difficult to learn new tech, it feels like a govt job, disappointing management, below average tech skills of employees.
