All companies have good and bad points ....here you will have standard deduction of bonus from your salary and paid basis on your performance and if you leave before payoff of bonus, you will not get that money

Overall good company and allows employees to work in flexible shifts during work from home. Good appraisals and hike compared to other companies

Work load is very high.... Company is going much towards cost cutting and automations due to which employees are under huge pressure

...islike about. For Growth promotion monetary benefits people change nothing else. Bonus can be given on prorata basis to employees who are leaving. That one change may give satisfaction to employees

The work environment, work life balance, salary, job satisfaction and job securities are drastically reducing since they only focus on cost cutting now. Earlier it's been pleasant to work here but now it's no less than a BPO wrinching you like lemon to take out everything from you.

Bonus payout mechanism is not good- Tenure for bonus is Apr to Mar which gets paid in June payroll, so you will not get any of the amount for the year which passed by if you are not on payroll till June payroll, its huge loss for the employees who are serving notice period after 1st April.
