When it comes to promotion you need skill plus recommendations. recommendation will work faster than skills when it comes to promotion, for salary there is a capping as per position which may vary person to person.

Dislikes

...Food is pathetic! The vending machine installed has expired food products in it. If you are on third party payroll, management wont care for you no hike or appraisals even after years of dedication work. Proper help was not provided in 2nd wave of Pandemic, few of the off-role employee were forced to come office in this serious situation too via management.

The job is not good they don't work till the escalation came and if you try to do the right thing they interfear it and try to make you seems bad and you will became a soft target, also in vi retail women is facing physical and mental harrasment on daily basis.that is one of the reason i quit the job.

Ops Managers are not supportive. They pass their frustuation on TLs and same TL pass thir frustuation on executive. Even HR is also involved with Ops manager. They never behave like neutral decision.
