Please do not join by any chance... The moment you join they will start blaming u for non perfomance.... It's a proven fact that no one from outside can perform as it's a different game happening Inside, you will end up jobless in three or four months

They will offer High salary package but the moment you join they will blame u for everything as most of the distributions are running in lose and not happy with business, they will frame for all this and put u in pip and will Terminate you finally.....

Hierarchy oriented Boss decides & rest follows like herd mentality in business functions. More or less same in HR too. Wacky leaders at the top in few business & HR functions.

Vodafone Idea (and erstwhile Vodafone which I was part of) is a good company to work with and culturally one of the finest companies one can get associated with. Learning is immense (if one is gets the right boss), mutually respectful, open culture and quite a mix of energetic individuals.

Dislikes

Increments were quite ordinary and promotions are scarce. Moreover, with the new banding structure launched in 2019 there was absolute confusion around as Grade and Pay were not in sync in many cases. Hope it's much better now

It's gud to work in Vodafone when I was working at Vodafone from 2013 to 2017. I got more experience from Vodafone. It was really gud to me working in Vodafone as a sales executive

About dislike I would say that, the salary was not gud at that time I got only 1500.it was hard to manage to work for a month.
