VMware is an employee first company till now. Not sure what will happen after Broadcom takeover. One of the best places to work for. Great work life balance

VMware as a company offers greats perks in terms of salary and benefits and also promotes EPIC day off. * Great office * Goodies and great cafeteria

* Worklife balance hardly exists * Think twice before you join the global support team. * Shift change does not work here even if you have any health concerns company is not ready to hear to your concern. * Favoritism and micro managing exists during this WFH

Use this place only for interview experience even if they pay lot don't join , nothing to say about this place don't go for brand name its just utter shit inside

its not a product company , its worst than services company too much of politics ,every day discussion will be only about RSU , stocks , immature idiots are in Manager position , My advice after real experience , quality of work is worst than service company you will forget all your skills .For god sake don't join seeing CTC or RSU as you don't know when you will be your last day in company

VMware used to be a great company work but since it's acquisition the culture has been different. Great tech to work. Good RSU and stock options.

...fired every quarter. It could be based on your performance or teams performance. Bonus calculation is also very brutal.

It was acquired by Broadcom. VMware is no more. All the good things are gone. Its a horrible company.
