Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? There is nothing that one can like about this company! Toxic brand to be with. They have not paid my salary yet you keep putting emails to them but no one will bother. No professionalism at all! everyone in the brand from top to bottom are liars while hiring they will show everything rosy however once you are onboard you’ll get to know it’s just talks! Won’t stick to contract either! Kindly don’t waste your efforts and time here. There are others who need dedicated people to work for them These guys are cheaters!

...nce in vlcc. My shift timings were 10-6pm but center pressurize me to work more.when i try to talk to her about my resignation she abruptly cut conversation she even hold my salary for that month,she didnt even let me talk to higher authority of vlcc but at last i got to know they all are playing politics.she tortured me mentally everyday me ,she was clearly asking me to resign.she unnecessarily ask me to go to other centers.After 4 months of mental torture and abuse i resigned. I had to suffer a lot during this time. AND ONE MORE THING IM A NORTH INDIAN AND GAYATRI WANTS SOMEONE WHO CAN SPEAK KANNADA ALTHOUGH I WAS LEARNING KANNADA BUT…
