Basically the person who works very hard and a person who does not work get the same salary. 2) hard work is not properly rewarded. 3) HR policies are very bad. 4) if you are politically connected, you get transferred to a comfortable department of your choice. 5) castism and regionalism politics are very high. 6) no skill development for deserving employees. 7) employees are not groomed for higher management roles.
