Vizag is good city to work and settle. It has beautiful township, luxurious greenery, clean and pollution free township.

Dislikes

Salary is less, No bonus has been given in last 10 years. Monotonous job, very less learning and no career growth. 6 days working- i hate it most. No motivation to give your best, even if you give your best- no regards ronit by your seniors.

A typical PSU, where you are left to fend for yourself. If you work hard, you will not get any incentives. If you dont work hard, your promotion wont be stopped. If you a typical governamnet job looking guy, you will be more than happy. For a responsible people it is like hell. But still few percentage of people work hard and stand hard for this company. Growth. You just move according to typical time based promotion until 15 yrs of service. After that everything will come in to play. Politics, cast, regionalism, competency all and all. Still organosation looks for high competency individuals. Some lucky people who really work hard will grow but many potential people get trapped somewhere in tussels.
