Appraisals are fair and they give bonus every year, but there is no job security, job atmosphere is fearful.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Nothing to like, The top management don't care about what happened in branches. The only way you go up is by polishing boot of HOD. Hard working guys have no place here.

Dislikes

Poor Management skills. Boot Polishing Employees will get promotion. Top Management look only for over all sales and not who is pulling there weight and who is just sitting and eating by doing polish. Work culture is very bad in bangalore branch and everyone wants to leave as soon as possible.

Overall, Viva provides a friendly environment to learn and apply new skills. Viva provides excellent facilities for Research and new developments.

There is little insecurity regarding job security. Sometimes partial decisions are taken by the Management.

Unit heads approach is very poor not ready to implement new policies for discipline and safety at in the factory, no knowledge of management of department, he is selecting the staff of all depts without acknowledgement of HOD.
