Appraisals are fair and they give bonus every year, but there is no job security, job atmosphere is fearful.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Unit heads approach is very poor not ready to implement new policies for discipline and safety at in the factory, no knowledge of management of department, he is selecting the staff of all depts without acknowledgement of HOD.

It was very good experience in Viva for my career. They provided enogh motivation and tecnical classes to achieve product knowledge to genereate maximum result.

They need to improve their brand approvals in the corporate sector.

HR policy is not good after completing notice period company will not give Full and final settlement, HR dept and accounts dept not support properly after living the company when the time of settlement they need branch side confirmation.

Well, firstly I would say the Companies overall reputation drew me to be a part of it. I've been introduce to this company by an ex-employee who supported me to join the company because of the friendly nature of the staff and helpful management. I was working for last 10 yrs with a finance company and has always been an leader in innovation and community friendly standards. I look forward to being in a place that continually demands excellence of work from my side to prove me better and better with each growing day while still allowing a healthy and positive work Environment.

I wish the company could give a alternate Saturday off for balanced life.
