...curity work. Management is not all managed. Company policies are very confusing. During the covid19 they have shown the true colours in starting of lockdown they kept me on leave with out pay and when the unlocking process started they are dropping me worst company non supportive. If you know how to butter tl and managers then you may survive if you have self respect then you may not be able to work.

You are aligned directly with the client. 10% fixed salary hike annually If any project goes away, company keeps you on bench for few months so that you may get any new project or assignment. You have freedom to choose from Full time to part time clients/work assignment. Company has diverse clients almost from every field, From core IT, Finance, Insurance or individual small scale clients as well.

Dislikes

HR is not that responsive. Some employees are too casual for the office environment Some managers may be not good to work with, again it totally depends on luck which manager or project you get. There is a huge communication gap in between internal system. Sometimes you have to fight alone to get your Overtime money or special leaves or attendance.

There is no good point. This company is totally a fake.

Honestly, my experience with Virtual Employee was really disappointing. After clearing all rounds and even discussing salary, they kept delaying my offer letter for over a month with vague excuses. Then, out of nowhere, they rejected my candidature without a real reason. The worst part is that they collected my confidential documents before rolling out the offer letter. Wasting a candidate's time like this is highly unprofessional. If you are looking for an opportunity, try to avoid these types of fake companies.

Only 12 leaves/Year and that too with Leave Sandwiching so you can't take them in case a holiday lies in between or else leave will be deducted for those holidays too. HR don't give a shit unless you cc their seniors in mail, no organisation or responsibility at all They don't care about quality of work or client attitude as long as client pays, even giving escaled projects to Devs, clients with attitude issues or both. Learning is slow through project, you have to self learn
