Remote working Salary package was good Other than this nothing else is there to like in this company

Alot lot of favoritism Fees for their Courses is too high and target audience is poor people so I personally did not like this job role to sell the courses at double price And play with the emotions of such poor people's emotions by showing them big big dreams of career I personally feel there are many good courses exist in market in a lower prices

Medicore growth in Pay Don't like when my others don't t respect my time (not being harsh here,but you are invited to meetings where you are not required, some work in which you invest so much time because your manager has asked for it but later you feel the impact of it didn't justify the amount you spent)

Likes

The culture is good. But as a startup it's very exhausting to manage work and personal life at same time. There is fun and friendly environment while working. People are considerate. Parties and team outing keeps you in refreshing mood.

Dislikes

Salary not as per market standards Exhausting n never ending work Appraisal not as per market standards The startup tag, limits change and scope for improvement in existing structure.

I really liked working with Dr Anurag. He had clarity in his thought and execution.

...ding to lack of learning and frustration building up due to their incompetence Poor salary as compared to market standards. Also they follow a preferential policy where salaries are different for people based on their undergrad college

They will pay you good and leave policy is fine.

Nothing great , like other early stage startups, lot of internal politics, chaos, favouritism, spinless HR, lack of process, nonwork satisfaction and focus on wrong things.
