Medicore growth in Pay Don't like when my others don't t respect my time (not being harsh here,but you are invited to meetings where you are not required, some work in which you invest so much time because your manager has asked for it but later you feel the impact of it didn't justify the amount you spent)

Scope to learn and grow, freedom to pick any tech stack. Fast paced environment, learning from peers is encouraged, no hierarchy enforced.

Dislikes

Blindsided in appraisals, experience may differ with team you are in. Indefinite onboarding time, they delayed it at first, then preponed it. Caused a lot of anguish to people who actually wanted to start earning.

As it's a start-up on it's growing stage, you're expected to give the best output based on your potential, for the people who love to work on their own phase, this can be a challenge. Also, the employee growth projectory can be more concrete.

Amazing work and learning environment. Very supportive colleagues who got out of their way to help for small or big deliverables. Excellent organization to grow rapidly with a lot of autonomy and emphasis on out of the box approach. Flat hierarchy and a top down approach of complete transparency of information.

The culture of the company is very good and agile. Everyone supports and help each other whenever required. You can get maximum learning from anywhere if you want, just depends upon how you tap into opportunities. Great place for self growth and career growth as well.

Employee centric policies can be better and there should be cyclic training done by HR on several policies created for employees and their benefits.

The tech team’s culture is best here. There are many technologies are used to build the infrastructure. And the feedback flow in the team is best part here. We give each others feedback. And there is no such fixed technology for each person . Anyone can work on any technology if they want.
