1) No proper IT Culture, 2) Salary will not get credited in time, 3) They will not deposit the PF in time, 4) No proper Work environment, 5) Communication is very Poor(They use Abusive Language ), 6) We have to stay late nights every week, 7) They will give lot of work on daily basis, But no proper Hikes. 8) If u join Virinchi, you have to leave your family life. 9) There is no scope to learn new technologies. 10) First of all they will not give you that much time to learn. 11) They will make your confidence down and treat you as a slave. 12) Where as coming to travelling facility, they use the busses which get repaired every time. 13) Some of the employees will use those busses as a OYO Room Aswell while travelling. 14) If there is any problem that came to HR, the HR will give preference to Office Boy's words rather than the employee words. Based on Office Boy words they will take Action. 15) Most of the time, they will ask us to extend at night time. 16) When there is any release, they will ask you to come to office on Saturday's Mandatorily(No choice of Opting Out),you have to cancel all your plans.

...r work. No one will help you if you stucked, they will act like they don't know. Salary date is not fixed, its in [5-10] bracket of every month. No benefit, no soft skill development, no WFH No growth (professional+ personal). WORST This company is in mid of village ~20km from Hyderabad. Surrounded with filed and wood. This company have 70% fresher and 30% senior Senior are here from last 8-25 years Due to these senior member company is not growing and they are***** If you are planning to join this company Don't join ~JB

...y recommended, you can gain lot of knowledge. End to end you will get knowledge. Don't expect salary here, but in feature u will get unbelievable salary Because you will get that much Knowledge

The company has a good work environment and the projects are really good to work with. As a fresher, I found it very helpful to start my career in such a team where I was happy to work and discuss the project. The Managers are really very helpful to every member of the team. The job security is high and sometimes its difficult for people to make up themselves to leave such an Organization and move-out. There is also Employee Re-Hire Policy here. They provide ample training for a fresher which is helpful in knowing the people at company and a good exposure to all the projects in the Organization.

Dislikes

Salary for a fresher is very low but the growth rate is high. The work pressure is sometimes high so as to submit the work as soon as possible happened to work until midnight to cover up some issues and must be available on weekends or holidays as per the work requirement. It would be appreciable if the Compensation is improvised.

There is nothing to like about this organization.They put a 2 yrs bond with very less package.There is no value of the hard work you put in,they only consider the people who show off more.

Dislikes

They don't have a proper organizational culture,they follow labor life culture .There is no comp off for some employees when working on weekends.They don't follow any work ethics and some managers are really unfriendly and are mostly relatives of the existing employees.
