Work culture : - The work culture is quite poor and does not foster a positive and collaborative environment. Management Behavior :- My Manager display unprofessional behavior, Occasionally resorting to bullying tactics. Pressure on Juniors :- There is excessive pressure placed on junior employees, Which is often not managed effectively by senior staff. Compensation Issues :- The company deduct a significant portion of the CTC under the guise of Provident fund and other deduction. However, these amount are often not returned to employee upon leaving the company Punctuality and Discipline :- There is unreasonable emphasis on punctuality, If My manager arrives before an me, he may scold me for being late. Leave Policy :- The company leave policy is extremely rigid they will immediate terminate without any prior notice
