really bad experience ...no growth, less salary,no increment, no learning especially the digital marketing team is the worst ...team leaders have no knowledge of marketing, content creation n all....they will only push you to do more work and meet the target deadlines.

Everything is bad....even the HR is not good , no cafeteria space, strict 9 to 7 job culture, deduct salary for 1 min shortfall in attendance, this is the worst thing i have seen there

...brace yourselves. You're the sacrificial lambs in their grand corporate theater. Imagine SDEs reporting to AVPs for "cost-cutting. "GENIUS". Oh, and they hire PMs who never even managed a team before. Conflict resolution - they do that in scrum calls! For real! 4. Bootlickers unite! If groveling and sucking up is your thing, you're in luck. Climbing the ladder here is all about how well you can polish shoes-or egos. 5. They will force you to resign - all to save a few bucks on severance, of course. 6. Ajay Tandon, the pied piper of false promises. He'll charm you into joining with a smile and a pack of lies, and then leave you in no man's land. My advice - Avoid this place like the plague unless you're in it for the comedy. THEY DONT NEED EMPLOYEES - THEY NEED RETARDS

...the worst company I have ever worked. No work life balance, too much politics. The worst thing is they your part of salary in name of retention and promise to give it when you complete an year, after completing year they doesn't give your money back but say they will give it another year and continue deduction your part of salary in name of retention. If you are 5 min late they you are absent in morning half, If you are on resignation they you are going to be a victim of politics for 3 months

...supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year, based on performance.
