Pure LALA Company" Ever Get a Call from Vinove RUN! This is one of the most toxic IT companies I have ever worked in. Do not believe anything you're told during the interview. I worked here for two years and found the owner to be cynical. They use an employee tracking tool called "Workstatus" which monitors everything: screen time, breaks, and virtually all system activity. Employees are required to log nine hours in this software, and even if you've completed your shift, you cannot clock out without meeting this requirement. Financial stability is nonexistent. The stated salary date is the 7th of the month. Appraisal cycles are supposed to be in October and April, but they are consistently delayed by six months. So, if your appraisal is due in the October cycle, you'll only see the increased salary in March, and without any back pay. The HR head, Rahul Srivastav, explicitly states that they are only responsible for the current salary, not any arrears. They can also arbitrarily cancel appraisals due to a lack of management ethics and accountability. There are no company events or celebrations. Workplace politics are rampant, so your survival depends heavily on having a good manager. The Keka software tracks your location throughout the day and the CEO monitors your tea and lunch breaks. Before joining, be sure to ask about the leave policies, which are completely unfair. The probation period is six months, and the notice period is three months. One of the worst companies to work for. The toxicity at its peak, with horrible culture and management that shows zero care for employees. Micromanagement is taken to extreme level, make it difficult to work. The company has zero ethics - they cut costs of employees by finding excuses. They impose policies on employees but they don't follow anything from their side. Cameras are everywhere with voice recording to track employees. They don't care about quality work or task completion- all they care about ridiculous productivity reports that have been done using a tracking software and that should be strictly installed in your system. Not for working, no motivation, no KT provided. At a same time u will work on multiple projects with time bound. They install a software to track everything link keyboard mouse. Bad place to work.
