There is nothing to like about. There is no job security and can ask you to leave within a hour by just making a group over Skype. They don't have valid reason for even doing so. The pressure is always on developers and not the sales and other teams who are just chilling and are not able to convert any leads.

Dislikes

The worst policies and HR team who never listens and does not understand your situations. They can ask you to leave over pitty issues. They ask you to resign so that things don't come upon them saying that there is performance issue but the reality is projects are not there. You can't e ven have a word with the person sitting beside as they come to your desk and ask you that it is indiscipline and actions can be taken over you. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year, based on performance.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

really bad experience ...no growth, less salary,no increment, no learning especially the digital marketing team is the worst ...team leaders have no knowledge of marketing, content creation n all....they will only push you to do more work and meet the target deadlines.

Everything is bad....even the HR is not good , no cafeteria space, strict 9 to 7 job culture, deduct salary for 1 min shortfall in attendance, this is the worst thing i have seen there
