A many just a lala baniya company situated in corporate area. They will continue to look ways just to deduct your salaries. They take the online interview when you are employed but they don't allow their employees to even use the naukri.com or even phones during the working hours This company is so pathetic you can't even think. Being an unemployed is better than joining this baniye ki dukaan.

One of the worst company I have ever worked. No work life balance, too much politics. The worst thing is they your part of salary in name of retention and promise to give it when you complete an year, after completing year they doesn't give your money back but say they will give it another year and continue deduction your part of salary in name of retention. Good culture, values and management. Great support by seniors.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year, based on performance.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
