...u have to work according to already set patterns and cannot create anything new. Salary is very poor and you have to beg for appraisals. No travel service provided even though office location is pretty far from the station. Politics was mainly played by the boss herself as she couldnt stand anyone creating better designs than herself. Work environment was pathetic as there was no interaction or active involvement of the bosses except in criticizing our work. Communication was really poor and their attitude was very unapproachable and repulsive.
