Teammates were great and are good friends even after resigning and all my teammates also resigned one after the other. There was no training needed or given as I was hired based on my skills and previous work. There is no job security as one of my teammate was made to leave while she was pregnant. There is no scope for growth as there is only one profile and you have to work according to already set patterns and cannot create anything new<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary is very poor and you have to beg for appraisals</mark>. No travel service provided even though office location is pretty far from the station. Politics was mainly played by the boss herself as she couldnt stand anyone creating better designs than herself. Work environment was pathetic as there was no interaction or active involvement of the bosses except in criticizing our work.
