Too much politics and partiality. People who do buttering of seniors are rewarded with lower targets. People who don’t do buttering of seniors are given higher targets and given zero support. No problem with company as company is great, problem is only with few senior people who are destroying legacy of this great brand. Hopes are very high from new Asia Pacific head who can clean up this mess and save this great brand in India.

No support from company whatsoever. Indian management is totally visionless, they just know how to put pressure and job threats, nothing else. Absolutely no marketing activity from company’s end, architects and influencers are unhappy. Dealers don’t want to deal with senior managers, just operating on local person’s faith. Discount structure is uneven in different territories.
