...ing a regular position because I have been in this role for more than 2 years...in that case,would like to know more about the pharmaceutical/medicine environment ,also expecting salary hike which isn't happening now

Considering IT in Mylan as I work for IT and Software related, package is good. But, hires are made to show head count. Have to spend time with terrible people because of it.

I would particularly mention Viatris Bangalore, The work culture here is very unethical, bossism, rude to employees, yelling at subordinates, no ear to employees, boss is always right and top management at this location are rotten

...hat's this policy????? Means freshers are best as compared to experience person. At least management should look into this regarding salary part. A part from that many times we have complaint regarding lunch but nobody is serious. Luch is getting with poor quality. If again we complaint again again then they targeted the person. Request you to look above matter.
