To everyone reading this, their hiring hierarchy especially the managerial level is pathetic and they are shallow people, in fact they just need good looking and pretty girls and skills doesn't matter for them and this is the main highlighting hiring feature for "vertoz".

You are expected to work after shift hours and even at weekends. Appraisal cycle is being delayed by almost 4-6 months. Does layoff when they feel you are underperforming. Office politics is at next level. Management is poor.

HR is ridiculous. No manners to talk with Employees. Mistreatment of employees, disrespect to the employees, no proper communication. There’s always a gap in communication between HR and employees. No good promotion is given. The team treats the employees as if they have backup ready
