...on professional. He has severe misbehaviour issues with everyone in the company. I was employed here at a package that just after few days the CEO claimed she couldn't afford. Shortly thereafter I have been attacked on very personal issues like by Body language, ethnicity, personal life and social circles, my community and there were reasons Chhaya gave for suddenly terminating my employment. Later I discovered that this woman was suffering from various mental instability issues, as reported by my colleagues. This company is a PUBLIC BURDEN and should be shut down immediately.

Work culture is good. Lot to learn as vertiv has variety of products. Office timings are flexible.

Dislikes

...not good. Too much delay in recruitment of new sources increases burden on team. Variable pay is 15 percent of CTC, that is too much. That too with low salary.

You will never regret in Vertiv in terms of working culture and work life balance. Director is very much employee oriented. Being said this I would have never left the company of they would had paid me well in past. But still I enjoyed working in Vertiv. You will get a chance to learn Six Sigma and other certification courses as well.

Those who joined on low salary there is a huge gap in market, otherwise of you join with a good salary it is very safe and good place to work.

Kindly of job profile is Good. Skill development is excellent. Salary and appraisal is so so.. Its not so bad and not so good.

Every company has some good and bad points.. In Emerson is also but can't be that much which we can share in public domain.

...core blame game among colleagues. Everyone behaves maturely and collaboratively. Compensation in this industry is best. When clubbed with numerous onsite opportunities, the compensation is looks very attractive.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities in terms of responsibility are rare these days. Promotions have slowed down due to organizational limitations (not everyone can become manager, right?)
