A big dislike coz of everything salary, environment, management. So about management is zero involvement they only connect when they need to fire you or hire.

... your work although they only listen one person I don’t know why that TL only. They can fire you anytime without any prior notice and will not give you your documents and salary on time . Recently, they fired 50 employee without informing them prior. Worst organisation. Please don’t come into this trap.

Everything from Management, work culture, infrastructure, hygiene everything.

...ake you work for 12 hrs. If you won't comply then you will be sacked eventually. They will say 'Gratuity' in your salary breakdown structure but will never give you any interest on it. They will include PF as part of CTC. They also have an option to not deduct PF from your CTC irrespective of what your salary amount is. They may call you to visit their head-office in Jaipur and say will reimburse you, but will never do so.

...games at workplace - Only work, work, work - Pay for 8 hrs but work for 12 hrs - Include Gratuity as salary breakdown structure but do not pay interest on it - Will hold experience letter if not done as per their instructions or tell anything against their company - Will not deduct PF irrespective of salary amount - Will not reimburse unused earned leaves - Company policy changes at will and at times without intimation

Extreme level low salary if you are fresher, no reimbursement policy. As its a third party pay term firm so learnings will depend on accordingly.

Dislikes

No time efficiency, HRs works as they are working on some negligible govrt department.

Nothing to like, there are no benefits to working here apart from having a job with meagre salary and no leave benefits

Dislikes

No proper salary structure, No desgination based salary compensation, No leave benefits, no work life balance, No learnings, No new projects assignments, No counselors or manager connect to improve and work on your career in the company.
