Nothing. They will say something and do something else. Will lie on your face and you won't be able to prove them wrong. They don't have any employee centric policies, any benefits, gifts, games etc. It's only work, work, work and work. They will pay you for 8 hrs. but will make you work for 12 hrs. If you won't comply then you willbe sacked eventually. They will say 'Gratuity' in your salary breakdown structure but will never give you any interest on it. They will include PF as part of CTC. They also have an option to not deduct PF from your CTC irrespective of what your salary amount is. They may call you to visit their head-office in Jaipur and say will reimburse you, but will never do so....Read More

This is not a company, this is a worst than a factory. No one will give tou rating on behalf of your work although they only listen one person I don’t know why that TL only. They can fire you anytime without any prior notice and will not give you your documents and salary on time . Recently, they fired 50 employee without informing them prior. Worst organisation. Please don’t come into this trap.
