Working with vetex was a good experience as an agent but overall management is culprit and useless along with center head and below him bz of that it is not growing there are many not all are looking falls can't say now if I all wants info send me mailor escalation mail IDs will revert u all....thanks for asking...plz improve or change the culture if someone wants to join back as an supervisor then also there is issue again same comment now management and he management culprit.....

they will just make u overtime on daily basis and cut random amount from ur salary and when u complain about this they will say it will come next month but never come and u wanna leave company give instant resigne other wise they will not give ur noticeperiod salary which is one month they will say it will come and after a time they willl stop answering as i havent recived my feb salary till date

A very good profetional and friendly staff and members good atmosphere.Overall salary looks good on paper however a major chunk of the package is given as bonus which is completely in the hands of your reporting manager. For something you have worked the entire year, you get a very small amount and if you plan to leave the company after taking the bonus which is your hard earned money, they ask you to pay the same back.

Nothing but the break, Got to learn about House and registration. But didn't get chance to upgrade my skills

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
