Pay is Bit low compared to market. Stretched hours working (mostly meetings) We can learn the things but no space to implement them.

It has the best work culture and work life balance. Company takes care of employee growth and prefers internal movement over external hiring.

Compensation is little low compared to market standards. Leadership turnover rate is very high.

* Work Life Balance is somewhat better. Often times, it takes long hours of work in a day, but overall Work life balance is good. * Working and collaborating with US employees. Cross functional and technical collaboration is good. * Development Managers support is good.

Dislikes

* HR department is one of the big minus in this organization. They have failed in most of the aspects and just puppets under India GM. * GM or MD of India Operations is terrible. He lacks empathy, and do not allow other to convey their opinions. * Promotions won't happen immediately. Career path is not good. * US Sr Mgmt do not care about what's happening in India Operations. * Lot of scrutiny towards work, metrics etc. * Lot of Director positions and they make all the work done by managers. Redundant Positions.
