Poor leadership team is managing this giant company Very slow in adapting the new technology paid high for less efficient employees less career growth When it come to job security, this is not the right company In 2017 December 500 IT Employees were laid off

Work culture is employee friendly and the tools used will ease our work and pay is better when compared to other companies... Hats off to the maternity policy where a new mom has flexible and friendly work culture

On time appreciation was not received sumtimes and growth is slow.. Being a product based company sum times we'll have to stay even overnight and get issue resolved if needed and satisfy customers.. This could have been resolved with allocation of shift based employees and training them appropriately

Micromanagement , promotion given only to those who remain a yes man for the management. No empathy for employee mental health. And this woke mentality of giving women the promotions and Internal movement even though they aren't not qualified in terms of skills and work ethics
