Everything!! The company treats its employees as robots, there is no concept of learning, employee retention amd work life balance. Although work life balance part depend on team by team basis.

...ntrol everything in this organization, by which it made the management worst. Salary is decent but carries growth is slow. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Decent salary On a good day you work for 10hr straight!

No work life balance (ppl work for 14-16hr and a minimum of 12hr) Extreme amount of work Terrible work culture There is not much you get to learn I don't recommend this company to anyone, you deserve better.

They pay for your CFA fees if you manage to survive for 18 months

The work quality is really poor, also work life balance is terrible. They do provide and cab facilities, both of which are equally horrible. The cabs they use are really old and in poor condition, spotting insects in the meals is quite regular.

The only good thing about this company is the salary and the appraisals which used to happen twice a year. I am not sure about now.

Dislikes

The work environment is terrible. Juniors are harassed by making them stay late for even small mistakes. There is no work life balance and employees are at the mercy of the their seniors to go home on a particular day. Mistakes are called out on the floor to the extent of insulting an employee verbally.
