Love to hear I'm amazonian, I hired virtually so I don't know about office environment.. we will get good support from manager and peers. They will conduct fun events on monthly once or 2 months a time..

Dislikes

Growth is slow... Salary is less... Work is more... If they are need of work they will won't ask us for OT... They will order us to do OT, there is no personal choice whether to do for it or not... Ofcourse they pay you for it but saying the scenario...

... place. The campus is the main attraction. Work culture is good within tjr team. The salary is reasonable, travel facility is available. Cafeteria is the best.

Dislikes

The work in non techincal is very boring. The break hours are very strict we should work daily with same pH and accuracy if defeats or any issue occurs the trainer will have one on one and give lecture as you did a crime. Shifts are rotational takes time to adjust. Growth in non techincal side is very slow and need good number in performance through out the years to change one level to higher. If you want to switch to techincal side don't waste years in doing this process as the experience is not used furthur.

Too much Politics. Gender disparity Harassment False promise on shifts. Initially I was told the shift would change once in 3 months but it would not.

Amazon culture is good and previously it used to provide multiple opportunities for everyone.

Dislikes

Salary is stangent. Freshers salary has not increased in the last 10 years. No benefits of meals. No learning, growth opportunities

Dislikes

Changes in management had made ppl worse, Ppl are hired without the required skill sets. Ppl from Call Center are being hired for HR operations. Employees had good perspective about the company before Covid and but after moving to WFH changed due to hiring unskilled staffs into management and on top work security is very bad.
