Everything!! The company treats its employees as robots, there is no concept of learning, employee retention amd work life balance. Although work life balance part depend on team by team basis.

Worked for Global Industrial Gorup. The work involved development of pitch book for Investment banker located in EMEA and US region. The work is essentially backend support for Investment banking team of UBS.

For freshers, the company will provide a very good learning experience. The training is decent with more emphasis on on-the job training. The team you are allotted to would be a detrimental factor in terms of job satisfaction, career growth, appraisal, learning and more importantly work life balance.

Dislikes

Your work life balance is in the hands your managers/ staffers and the team you are a part of. Also the top level management and line managers do a lot of politics in terms of sending there loved once to on-shore, appraisal and even sanctioning holidays for important exams such as CFA and CAT. Just to give you a perspective, my linemanager refused to give a letter of recommendation even after working for 29 months in the organization for no good reason at all.
